Q : What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the high volume of last minute cancellations and no-shows, we are updating our cancellation policy. 

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you allow a 48 hour notice by calling our salon so that others are able to enjoy our services, as well as our team members maintaining their income.  A credit card will be required to hold your appointment.  Appointments canceled within 48 hours or guests that “No-Show” will be charged 50% or more of the service amount. Thank you for your support!

Q : What products do you recommend?

We are a Paul Mitchell® Focus Salon. We carry only Paul Mitchell® hair products and receive frequent training from the best in the industry. Our hairstylists are knowledgeable about the shampoos, conditioners, and styling products, as well as the color in the line, and know specifically which products work best for your hair type. We love how Paul Mitchell® takes care of their own while creating a culture of giving back to others.

We also exclusively use Dermalogica skincare. Its products include cleansers, exfoliants, toners, masques, eye treatments, and moisturizers, as well as an acne treatment line for teens. This line can meet the needs of anyone at any age.
